Amazing place! I absolutely loved it and couldn't find any flaws. Everything was perfect. The interior is beautifully designed and offers great photo spots. I highly recommend it for any event--whether it's a family gathering, birthday party, or even a solo visit. The calm and soothing environment makes it truly special. It has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants in Dhanbad.

This is a fantastic hotel. Our rooms were very comfortable.Lovely hotel and staff. Breakfast and meal was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Received good recommendations for food.Super management of food and services.staff service was nice and good in behaviour.

Food is very good and we loved the hospitality by Abhishek Pandeyji who added good entertainment our party. All the staff were very professional and gracious enough to accommodate our request like clicking pictures and great service by the hotel staff. Excellent food !!

I stayed there for 02 nights and had 02 rooms. It was a business trip. The hotel ambience is good. The rooms are spacious. Staff and services are also good. But they need to work out on some very touching key points. Like I asked for an early check in but they refused, I ordered tea from my room then the room service person said it will be on a chargeable basis. I asked for an iron and they said we don't have iron and do not have laundry facilities. Though they helped me to get my clothes iron from outside but they returned after 3 hours. These are not big issues. It can be resolved but staff like Dinesh F&B Manager, front office staff Anil, Rahul were very helpful. I would suggest hotel management to work on bit training of the staff on some key points. They are from the hospitality so they should always give an option to the guests rather then say NO. |

I had a wonderful stay here, the staff behaviour is very polite and modest. I must admire about the quality of food and room service. I would definitely prefer to visit this hotel again for my next visit to Dhanbad.
