The most basic amenity is providing water ... But they just refused to serve regular water .. when we (my family members)asked for water , one of the member of this hotel spontaneously said that it's their rule , either we have to purchase sealed bottle otherwise they won't provide regular water , I exactly don't know , is there any such rule ? Just pathetic ...
