Hotel Royal Maithan International

When I arrived the check in was smooth, the location was easy to find aswell, the property was beautiful! Service was excellent, the service was fast and very good ! The rooms were neat, beautiful and lovely!!! Would love to come again !

Beware before booking!! This is not a hotel but more of a banquet without support staff and services. I had booked it in advance but later could not checkin due to lack of basic services and had to go to another hotel nearby loosing the booking amount.|Property owner contact number is unresponsive most of the time. If he rarely picks up the phone, cuts it with one liners.|Recently did an advanced booking with Makemytrip and when went for checkin the staff there told the cook was not available. I had to look for another nearby hotel. I raised this to Makemytrip but the owner was not humble enough to acknowledge the issue. He had various different kinds of arguments about the non-availability of cook(recorded in the Makemytrip compliant conversation).|1. I was lying and food was available.|2. I should have called before and let him know that I require food. (though it was dinner time and not some odd hour).|3. I should have called him (the property owner) when the receptionist told cook was unavailable.|4. I was lying because I raised the complaint the next morning and not at that moment.|Kitchen facility in a hotel is a must and not some five star luxury.|I dont think the property owner understands hospitality business nor knows how to run it. I requested Makemytrip to delist this hotel.|I would also write to other aggregators to delist this hotel or run a comprehensive quality check.

It's a beautiful property unlike other properties in area Beautiful garden to walk around in morning Car parking was also available Nice home cooked style food was blessing great to feed kids Would love to visit, wish they have such properties other locations also.

Actually this is not a hotel. It is to be used for occassions only. Rooms are not useful to stay as per normal hotel rooms. Location is good as it is near to Maithon Dam . A large property and enough open spaces are there but construction of the buildings are not constructed for hotel purpose only. Eventually staff members are not trained in line of maintenance a hotel. Quality of food is not enough good and there is a scope to enhance the quality of food.

Excellent property. We visited Hotel Royal Maithan International for a marriage ceremony. Wedding venue and stay both were great experience. Very well maintained property. Overall we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
