Stoneberry Resort

I have recently visited & stayed in the resort for 2 nights with my family members. I have enjoyed my stay. I stayed in the Royal Room. The rooms were very nice, spacious. But I did not get buffet breakfast during my stay since tourists were very less. I want to thank the lady in the reception. I also want to thank to Mr Pranab das of restaurant for his prompt service. They both were very responsive.

We had a very good experience at Stoneberry Resort, Madhupur. I traveled with my family for a weekend trip and was quite apprehensive about the hotel in such a remote location. But my doubts were put to rest once I entered the property. It's a nice property with most amenities available that one would find in a boutique hotel in a city. The restaurant Berry Bites also serves very good quality food at reasonable prices. Staff behaviour also very good. All in all, a very good time spent at Stoneberry.

It was a pleasant experience staying 3 days in Stoneberry. Building architecture and room quality is excellent. Everything needed they provided with a smile. Debashri and Kundan are handling the reception part very well and they made a smooth check in with a welcome drink. The restaurant on the second floor of this hotel is excellent and the food quality is awesome. The restaurant is managed by Pranab and Souvick . They are well trained and well behaved and doing the smooth fooding part with a professional smile. In the evening when all the lights are on the hotel looks very very beautiful and definitely buy you some time to spend. The hotel also has a swimming pool with clean water. If you come to visit Madhupur the best time is October to February end. And you must stay in Stoneberry resort for a separate experience. This hotel will definitely win your heart .

Unfortunately we visited the Place just after Holi time and due to the rush of over occupancy we had to suffer. We booked the 4 bedded room for 3 of us but we got 2 bedded room and one mattress. We paid as per the tariff of 2 bedded room but the stay was uncomfortable. Rooms were clean. Just that the AC was sometimes not working which we reported and they informed they'll get it checked. The place is beautifully decorated. It has a small pool too. Also they have their own restaurant. Lift is also available on each floor. There are plenty of seats outside to sit and relax. Parking is available. If you don't get space inside then you can also keep your car outside. The location is not exactly middle of any market so if you need any shop, you need to go a little distance. You can easily get a y toto from the station which will cost 50/- per toto to arrive here. The restaurant has comparatively higher priced menus. But the food is good. We had complimentary breakfast and different menus were served both days. Bread butter, juice, boiled eggs, fruits, tea, coffee corn flakes with hot milk were common. Timing was 8am - 10am, which may change depending on how many rooms are booked. Due to the rush we had to wait a lot for our food to arrive on the first day. We ordered tea snacks in the evening and it took 45 mins to just bring Tea and french fries. If you do not find any restaurant menu in your room you need to ask the restaurant for a spare menu. Again, I suppose due to the rush time we had to call 4-5 times to the reception to certain things. Like the towel and mattress. But we got our 2lt of complimentary packaged water on time each day. They have their connection to schedule for local trips. We booked from there and had our 2 days local sight seeing trip booked.

Had a nice stay at this very well kept property. From reception to restaurant services were very homely. Souvik and the entire restaurant team always ensured to keep their guests satisfied.
