"I had a disappointing experience at Hotel Hansraj The service was subpar, with a noticeable lack of attentiveness from the staff. To make matters worse, the food prices were exorbitantly high. Additionally, the cost of mineral water was also steep. What's more alarming is that I was overcharged for an item that should have cost 20, but was instead billed at 50. Overall, I would not recommend Hanraj Restaurant due to its poor service, inflated prices, and questionable billing practices."

If u want to waste money then you may Go b/c each items price is 3x, and quality also degradable, poor service.

A very very bad experience. Would not recommend for sure, to anyone. The service was incredibly poor, and the staff, being the epitome of rude. You would expect a good time here, but guess that's not the case here anymore. Their reasons were shortage of staff, and some absurd excuse that's not even fathomable. Starting off, the service was more than AN HOUR late. And then, the waiter was having some issues serving stuff to everyone, bringing only a single spoon or fork (THAT TOO AFTER ASKING) for 15 people. And the most funny thing was, when we asked for a repeat of our naans, they said why didn't we order everything, i.e. 30 naans at once! Weird right? What kind of restaurant does that? Apart from all these, we asked the waiter SEVEN times, to get us a bottle of water, and he straight up ignored us? Oh, we also found some huge pieces of ginger, apparently, which they asserted, was how it's made (it's not). They claimed a shortage of staff for this failure of service, but it was much more than that for sure. Won't visit again.

Hotel is nice.. Staff members are really friendly & the hotel is well cleaned. Food is also good Overall u should give a chance to this hotel to serve you

No Lift facility, No Mirror in the 3rd Floor

In this Hotel our first experience is worstest ever in my life.. Service and management also Bad bad bad

Good experience and all supporting staff ,provided better service 24x7
