I found hair inside this rasmalai which I ordered today. Pathetic service. After confronting the delivery guy and hotel people, they instead blamed me that it was my hair. How irresponsible and shameless can someone be. It's clear from the picture that the hair is inside the rasmalai. Very bad nature of the staff members.

When room was opened smelling badly. TV was not working. While light could not sleep due to mosquitoes. Overall very bad experience. No financial loss to me but loss to my company. Bcz company booked the hotel by mistake. 3300/-night.
Food price is high but the remaining all are nice.Room service is good and family friendly
