Very good hotel, staffs are very helpful... Good property having play area for kids which is under construction. Restaurant food is awesome. Location.Near to jasidih station , Lil far from main temple. Pool area was clean but 1 issue that I found is the tiles underneath the pool is very slippery.. it will make hard for one to swim plus the depth was Lil high difficult for ppl of 4.9 feet like me to swim.

I visited this resort and location wise it is good. Rooms and service was awesome. I must sat all the staffs are very polite and helping. Enjoyed pool, good food and beverages. Must visit place. Awesome experience

One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! The hotel is beautifully designed and gives a very welcoming vibe. But what truly made my stay special was the staff -- especially Bhagyashri at the front desk.

The behavior of the staff was terrible. The person at reception was arrogant and lacked basic customer service skills. His attitude was too rude to tolerate. I went there for a family event, and the experience was ruined because of them. We ordered food at their restaurant, but they were unable to fulfill the order properly. The quality of the food was poor--same gravy used for multiple dishes, synthetic paneer, etc. It was a complete waste of money.
