Worst hotel in jamtara district. Staffs were not well behaved. Plz search for another hotel in city. Never book for any event specially for marriage and other events. Very very bad connection

Rooms were not at all clean and spread foul smell, service was bad the catering guy was not listening and location is awful. It's literally near mandi

So worst experience at the staring. The Fans were not working nor the ac even they did serve water after asking also and room were not cleaned, The dust and sand. We're under the mat. Some one has smoked before we came and ash was there and box. Also. Cockroach where their showerhead was not there and many disappointment Do I didn't like the hotel

Had the worst experience staying 2 nights in this hotel. No power back when the electricity is gone. The staff is bad and does not know how to behave. Rooms are too small for the tariff. Overall, I would rate 0.5/5 to be true.

This hotel's staff behaviour is excellent. All staff nature is good towards customer. They are ready to provide 24 hours service to customers. This hotel is good for all. Hotel sounding is very good for all customers.

Worst experience. The chicken chili we had was rotten. The veg manchurian was very sweet. In short nothing that we ordered was good at all. Would never recommended this joint to any one. the man in the cash counter is so cheap behaved. ( date - 9/10/19 at night )

Food is good and homely. Rooms not ok... Tv not working, Geyser not working, Taps continuously leaking, Toilets smelling horrible, no exhaust fan, commode not stable, size too small and feels like a cage. NO CALLING BELL.

Located Nearby Jamtara Railway Station -Gandhi Maidan. Have a beautiful location and both Beds and rooms are clean. Servicing is also good.
