Rivaah Resort and Banquet - Best Resort/ Best Hotel/ Best Restaurant/ Best Banquet Hall/ Best Party Lawn in Jamshedpur

We visited Rivaah to check out the facilities and can happily share that it was a pleasant experience, barring the weather, which was quite hot. Luckily, the AC in the indoor part of the restaurant Finn's is quite powerful, and we had to request that the ones in our direction be switched off. Parking was a bit of a challenge as there were a couple of events going on when we visited. Though I think normally it shouldn't be an issue. Parking is free. They have a nice pool with a pool bar. Pool charges : Rs 350/hr per person (including GST). There was an offer going on where in it was the same rate for 1.5 hrs. They even have pool clothes if one hasn't brought their own. Not sure if it is chargeable. Probably will be. Prices are slightly on the higher side but we found the food quality to be good. Spicy guava mocktail was very refreshing. I'll share some menu pics since I couldn't find in any other reviews. P.S : Nice Dalma foothill views. Would be great during monsoons and winter.

A very well maintained spacious property. Everything that you need in a luxury property is available here. Staffs are very well behaved and friendly and our room was also upgraded free of cost. We were informed that new construction of rooms (with in house swimming facilities) are going on. Hope to enjoy that on the next visit. Plenty of car parking facilities inside the property. Hope they also install a EV charging station inside the property. (one charging facilities is available on the opposite side at Dolphin resort which is around 500m away). They also have an in-house restaurant which serves very delicious food. Though the price of food is on the higher side (usual considering the property) but taste and service is fantastic. Wish all the very best to the entire management staff.

I would not recommend this restaurant. We waited over an hour for our food, with no real explanation or updates from the staff. When we asked about the delay, they seemed completely disorganized and dismissive, as if they had no control over the situation. It felt like no one was actually managing the floor or the kitchen. By the time the food finally came, we were too frustrated to even enjoy it. Food taste was below average. It's overpriced too. Overall, a really disappointing experience -- definitely not worth the time or money.

I never give any feedback for hotels ..but the experience here was so pathetic it made me do this ..I have travelled whole of India visited and stayed at so many hotels I never had such Pathetic experience. The whole night ac current was not there ac was not in auto mode whole night who have to get up and switch on the ac the whole morning there was no electricity and when you call them they talk rudely and say there are other rooms too it's not only you who is facing such issue it feels as if we staying for free . Would never ever come here . They behave badly and won't do anything . Worst ever overly priced no service .

Don't visit unless you want to waste your time and money both - 1. They will not provide you rooms as promised earlier at the time of booking. They will give maintenance issue. 2. Small beds for a couple and an infant. 3. Worst service- ordered 2 pcs tawa roti and waiter brought 2 portions (i.e. 6 pcs) instead and asked to pay for 2 portions. 4. Slow service- both dine-in and in room service are pathetic and slow. 5. No proper parking 6. Lots of noise from corridor at night

The food was decent, but the service was pathetic and the menu rates are highly overpriced. A green salad costs 275/-. Are you serious? And the overall experience was awful as they denied serving dinner.
