Pal Comfort - Hotel in Jamshedpur

During our stay hear everything was beyond expectations. Cleanliness, service of the staff right from the front desk to housekeeping, everyone serves as with smile.

This hotel rooms are not as big as it shows in website photo.! Even this hotel does not have its restaurants only breakfast is available no lunch no dinner. This hotwl has one sweet room its good, but aminities are not good you will have to ask for comb dental kit sleepers and all. Hotels is on road vechile sound will irritare all time.

I booked this hotel for an important online meeting but there was no wifi in the room. The room also has dirty pillows, bedsheets and the service was too bad. I attended meeting using mobile network and I left the room in the evening and requested for refund. The customer care agreed to pay only half the amount which they never refunded even after numerous email chain. They gave petty excuses that there was an issue in my bank account or from their side and I never got my refund back. It has been about 2 years.

I have stayed here a couple of times. The staff are polite and helpful. The wifi isn't particularly great. But overall their service, including food quality, is value for money.

This hote is good for 1 day stay. As per the prices you must not think that you will get much. You will also have to compromise in case of network specially if it is Jio. Staff is good and good is good as per the price tag. The entrance to hotel is very narrow and the lift can't house more than 2 people.
