OYO Pal Comforts

The location of the hotel is good. Just fifteen minutes from railway station. The support staff was very helpful. However the heater was not working when we checked in and had to call the staff couple of times. Second, there is no housekeeping. We stayed for two nights but the room wasn't cleaned even once. Third and most problematic was the noise. We weren't able to sleep as there was excessive honking. Despite being on third floor it distrubs. The hotel should consider sound proofing.

It's a good place to stay. For frequent travellers like me, it's value for money. Location is the best thing about this hotel. Well connected with almost every part of the city. Food is good. Two thumbs up for cleanliness.

It's a nice hotel. Inside the room you will get AC, mini refrigerator, TV, Tea/coffee service kit, sofa, bed, reading lamp, water heater etc. The room is clean & well maintained. There is no dining place in the restaurant, so food will be served in your room.

Very small rooms. Even I can touch set top box of tv to change channels from my bed. Food in room service costly. Not value for money. Dirty towels. Bathroom is very neet and clean.hot water for 24 hrs are some good services.

No problem with check in/outs. I would say its decent hotel for business touares. Stuffs are well behaved. Location is a big plus for this hotel. Rooms are clean and medium sized.

Rooms are good,but quality of service and amenities like geyser,TV,AC hardly works. Moreover u will hardly find anyone on reception ,each time u need to call someone. Not prefer this hotel in future ever.

The hotel is good, rooms are nice & clean. The room traffic is almost around INR-2200/- but I got a very good deal from Oyo for Rs-1200/- day including WiFi,breakfast. Staff is very polite & helpful. They did manage to serve me in very better way. one word define this hotel is"Positive & cozy feeling" Highly recommended for all type of people viz.tourer, official visitors. Pls give a like if you think this information is helpful for you.

I had very bad experience here. I was there for 2 days on 13th jan and 14 th jan 2019. Actually my booking was for complete week but I cancelled it due to very cheap facilities. Staff was not professional. Water heater was not working. No toilet paper found on first day and I had to ask them to bring one. I had to bath with cold water in winter for two days! Breakfast they used to brought it from outside and was cold and was giving feel like streetfood. Charger point near bed was not working. Thats enough I think!
