Rooms not good. non smoking rooms not available in the room bad smell coming, on the bedsheet dirty marks there is no proper cleaning. bed also not good. totally not good. compare to hotel virat , Hotel joy is the best hote and neat and clean with break fast and lunch and dinner also nice and good taste

This is not hotel This night club & dunce bar my experience in hostel vira is very horrible experience this Hotel is not suitable for family & couples... manager is very rude...

Location was top notch. Room was clean, Bathroom was airy, taps were good and geyser was working. AC was little bit of noisy but working fine. Behaviour was good. Only con is there supplied water, which was not drinkable. Full of black dust particles.

I usually stay in this hotel. But their service is getting worse over a period of time. I just checked in about 45 mins back . I am shocked to see the service level . The staff wants money for everything. Manager do not have any control. This is a MIS managed property . It's better to avoid this place . Rooms are just okay . If you stay here don't expect any service at all .

Bad place. Hotel manager is rude. Did not allow us to order non veg. Rooms are very small as compared to general hotels for the same budget. No room service as well. Good for staying if you're planning many people to stay for a function or so. Else not good. Hotel was closed at night so when we returned no one was picking the phone. Struggled to wake them up.

Location of the hotel is good -near kali mati road opposite sagar hotel. It takes 10 minutes from Tatanagar Railway station by auto 5 minute away from main bus stand.||Hotel also was ok, clean rooms, toilet. Quick room service reception was very delightful.
