Worst Experience - Not Worth the Money I stayed at this hotel, and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. The room was labeled as "Super Deluxe," but it was far from it. The bedsheets had multiple dark spots, the walls were extremely dirty, and the bathroom was in a horrible condition with paint peeling off and dirt everywhere. No complimentary water bottle was provided, even though it was supposed to be included for a "Super Deluxe" room. The blanket smelled awful, as if it hadn't been washed and was previously used by someone else. They didn't even provide a towel initially. When I asked for one, they gave me a dirty towel that I couldn't even use. When I pointed out that it was dirty, the staff just ignored me and said, "Sir, we just took it out from the cupboard." To make things worse, I paid 1700 INR per night and was even charged GST on a single bottle of water! The outside of the hotel might look decent, but don't be fooled by appearances. This was by far the worst stay I've ever had. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

They do not share the proper bill. Many times I told their reception but they were just avoiding me after complete payment. Very bad behavior from reception. Don't advance payment.

Dont even bother to book this hotel in future. #maketrip,#tripadvisor,#oyo. The hotel gaurd has no etiquettes or knowledge that you cannot refuse anyone to use the washroom. He told me that you are not allowed. Excuse me please learn something from the policy having such empire is not worth without any etiquettes. You might be treating Special people comming from outside with special honours and gifts but remember the basic manners for anyone visiting your hotel specially the one's who are the local natives of this place.

Terrible experience at the hotel. If you're planning to stay here, try booking rooms offline, because if booked via Goibibo, they hate you because of the commission they have to pay to the company. They allot the worst rooms in the hotel, with stained bedsheets, ACs not working, water dripping from the ACs, doors not locking and what not. The only good thing is the food and the support staff (all apart from the managers). They are very polite and look forward to serving you. But the rude and ill-speaking manager ruins the mood of the stay.

The hotel is okayish. We booked 10 rooms for a big family group to stay in. While some rooms were spacious and big, others weren't. Most didn't have a window/ or it was broken. Some rooms lacked even basic amenities like no water heater and no health faucet! The location was pathetic, in the middle of the market around industrial area, where they were burning trash nearby and the smoke came in right in our rooms. They didn't have any banquet/ hall also. They don't have a buffet system but they provide food on order. And that was the only good part about it. It was surprisingly very good and yum! One extra star only for that. Otherwise It deserves just 2 stars.

Good experience big plant

I happened to visit this place Jamshedpur from Bhubaneswar. We had a boarding from Cuttack Station at 11.00pm and it takes 7 hours to reach this place. So, obviously it is expected that i would need a hotel that gives a early morning check in. But, this place sucks by not providing a sun rise check in in any of the hotels in Tata. So, i had to call them up and book by telephone. I had to check in at 6.00 am and my train was on the same evening at 8.00pm. So, technically, I had to stay only for 12 hours in hotel. I needed a 3 beded room which the operator at the reception confirmed for availability. He told me 1750 will be the cost.||||Now, that also seemed too costlt when i actually stepped into this piece of dwell.||||1. The first thing on arrival happened was the security guard saying there are no rooms. Imagine the situation, being with the family in a winter early morning.||2.On entering, the arrogant receptionist who assumed himself to be the owner of the property told who did the booking to which i said, Vivek. Ironically, he himself was vivek and was asking who vivek? Someone who took the booking might have uttered his name. ||3.Now, all formalities were over, nobody was there to take the luggage. Interestingly, i had to take stairs with a bagpack, a duffle bag and a small bag. He on the other side informed me, Sir you take the stairs and i am reach by lift with one big bag. Thanks to him he addressed me as Sir.||4.Upon reaching the room, a small clumsy room which had no resemblance of a 3 beded room. I ran to the reception and he was again clueless about the booking amount and other stuff. Now one important thing. If you are checking in the morning and you have a check out on the same night. You will get your complimentary next day. So, they will either parcel you or you might have to come back to eat. I know the rules of other hotels and the timings as well. ||5.I am here in the hotel reception area and waiting for the great person who impersonated Vivek and booked me a room. He is yet to arrive at 8 am. ||6. During my wait time, one big group of family were checking out and they had two comp breakfast not delivered to their room which they requested to be parcelled. Obviously they were in a hurry to board a train. These people pretended and never showed seriousness and after they left, a guy brought the breakfast. The self proclaimed here receptionist, then told the guy that they are just coming and dealt with the food later on with some guy.||||So this ia the situation here. It celt like every second is a harassment and hence, I request you guys to ban this hotel for good.

It's the worst experience ever at the beginning of booking this hotel rooms. My mother has called at this hotel and talked to a male receptionist at first. She asked about the charges and next day my mom called and one lady receptionist picked up the call, again my mom asked the charges just to confirm once again and the receptionist started shouting and misbehave with my mom for no reason. When she asked her name she asked her name she didn't said and after so many request she said she is Jiya which is a big lor for sure. My mother was so polite with her but she misbehave badly. . Don't ever booked this hotel every person is so rude over here and they think they bought this hotel and will not allow any customer to enter... Don't book plz.. Jist don't want to give a single star but can't do anything..
