OYO Flagship Crystal Studio(A unit of Crystal Group of Hotels)

Room was clean and spacious. All amenties mentioned while booking were available. place is hygenic. Location is very good. It is situated in the middle of the city so markets, bus stand , railway station, shopping malls e.t.c are easily accessible from this hotel and near to this hotel's location. Staff behaviour was very good and service was also very good. I did not take any meal here so I will not give any reviews about the food quality here. Will recommend this hotel to all the visitors and travellers.

Located prominently at the centre of the city at Sakchi, it is an average hotel for a higher price. The hotel could not be reached on phone through the oyo app so the call centre representative gave a mobile numner which was again not responded. Fortunately, the maps took me in front of the hotel. The hotels reception is on the 3rd floor and has a good inventory of rooms on different floors. Food is available on order although there are plenty of food outlets around the hotel for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is available through order from reception as the outlets outside do not function much in the morning. The quality of budget hotels is well understood, however, i have found basic housekeeping missing in the room that i was allotted. There were hair strands on the bedsheet and was torn at one edge. The bathroom walls are dirty(ceramic tiles) and the ceiling was black due to water seepage on which molds could be seen. The room AC had water dripping on the headboard of the bed. The hotel does not offer tea coffee maker in the rooms. In all, basic housekeeping was missing in the room allotted to me. May be the management should think proper maintenance to raise the room standard. The staff is good and attends to requests promptly.

Centrally located in Jamshedpur's market area. Well appointed comfortable rooms. Room size is good and decor attractive. Flip side is that it does not have any windows. But did not feel suffocated. Overall good value for money. The service is good. They do not have inhouse restaurant, but several restaurants around and hotel will help you to get food. Staff is polite and courteous.

Crystal studio Hotel(jamshedpur )is very bad and also staff behaviour is bad, very poor service

Please never ever go this place. They don't just bother even show gratitude. We have booked the hotel for 2 days through OYO and paid the whole amount. After tiredsome journey when you reached at the hotel they denied checkin just because we have paid online already. They will only allow when if you pay at the hotel. They dont even bother to call the customet before they reach. When some customers are reaching they are not even humble or offered a glass of water. They just told to talk to OYO customer care, which was another nightmare. I suggest please never ever go to this hotel. Even I was shocked when I came to know from one of the staff from the same hotel who saw the whole situation and told that they only interested in doing business at hourly basis. If you are clever enough then you must know what I am saying. It was a hotrified service and bad experience.

Rating this hotel very specifically - 1. Location is good and easy to find. 2. Don't have restaurant. They bring the food from outside even it is complementary. 3. Rooms are cosy and specially toilet ventilation is not good. Bad smell are not ventilated properly even after so long time. 4. Towel not provided after asking many times.

They promised wifi connection but even after a lot of complaints no wifi was provided. Staff is rude. The phone connection inside the room was cut off so that we cannot call them to ask for any service. Unhygienic rooms and washrooms. Tv was also not working. Overall very bad experience. Basically no electronic equipment was in working conditions. That too after charging the full amount. No water bottle was given no tea packets. Floor was not clean. Next day half an hour before checkouttime, the staff knocked and literally asked us to get out immediately. He liedbthat other guests are waiting even though half the hotel rooms were emtpy. Uncooperative and rude staff please don't go here you will regret a lot.

Worst experience. I wish, i could give negative feedback to them. I have booked hotel 1 week prior to my wedding reception for my guest through oyo website. Property manager called me just before checkin and intimidated me by telling he wont allow me checkin in this low price and i need to cancel the booking. I reported the incident multiple times to oyo assistance and coustomer care executive suggested me to cancel the booking when i canceled it,oyo has deducted total booking amount. I reported several times my issue but never got corrective feed back from oyo team. Still i havent got my 9000 INR amount back. Oyo assitant is more than worst. Please think twice or more before doing booking, even property manager said you can complain where ever you want but they will not allow my confirmed booking which was done through oyo website.I am having all the service request numbers for my complains and booking . Strange thing is that oyo team marked all my complains as resolved without my consent, and actually non of the service requests got resolved. Worst service level experience with oyo team and oyo crystal studio jamshedpur . I know they cheated me and never return my booking amount of around 9k. For more details you can reach me.
