Very humble behavior of reception staff...good hotel

I have booked the room though OYO. The room which they provided was full of bugs and one side seepage wall and whole room was smelling and OYO has done a refund of 227 (approx 25%) by the proud and honest Oyo customer care team to let the bugs use that 25% of my room and washroom.

It's too costly for the service they provide , even if you book it from Oyo they will say that we don't accept Oyo booking and if you ask for Oyo booking return they will say we don't provide refund, food is below average overall I would like to say don't go for it.

It is a cheap and fraud hotel. I booked via OYO , when I reached there , manager told me the golden lines of OYO 'Soory , Rooms are not available'. He sold all rooms on very high prices. Other customers said they paid high amount. Oyo rooms also didn't confirm about that mismanagement. It is totally fraud.

Very poor experience, i have booked it in oyo but staff told no room is vacant, this that and asked for more money ultimately i have paid 320 extra to get the room . And the food in the restaurant is also very poor the chicken was sour in taste, i have left it .

Room facilities were very poor. The behavior of the staff was very bad towards the customers. The staff had no common sense to talk to the customer. All online customers were shown bad rooms and asked for additional charges for room upgrade. They wanted to charge more and more in the name of classic room tv ac wifi the room was full of bedbugs and mosquitoes. there was no cleanliness in the room An attempt is made to cheat the customer by looking at the requirement of the customer.

Loot ki dukan. Worst hotel with worst staff. 1. The fat man at reception is a big thief. If you don't book online, he will directly say 1500 for small AC room and 2000 for a big size AC room. He will then ask for 500 or 1000 and then put into his pocket, all this happens while showing you the rooms. Then he will go to the reception and ask you for the remaining amount, he will show the remaining amount (1000) in the hotel entry and the rest 500/1000 goes into his pocket, and also will not provide you the bill. Don't know if the owner is aware of this or not. 2. The same fat man will add anonymous charges if you order food from them. 3. Rooms are not good, Mattress quality is cheap. Frequent power cuts. AC doesn't work there, it all depends on your luck. 4. Receptionist behaviour is not good, room lena h lo, warna nikal jao kyuki unke pass bahut customer h. 5. No proper parking for two/four wheelers. Put this hotel as your last option, other hotels are far better.

Waste of money . No electricity backup . Cheated with me.
