OYO 8023 Hotel A B Palace

I stayed for one night this time because last time stay here also. Last time experience was very good. Service and food was also good. But this time after 2 year everything has changed. Service was very poor. Telephone Set, TV, hot savar and exhaust fan is not working in the room. You can not order your choice of food event hotel has not any late check out policies. Very disposing stay for me this time. I only use this hotel for its location. It is near to tata railway station.

This is a new hotel near Jamshedpur Railway Station, rooms are well furnished. Bathroom was clean and good. Lift was shut most of the time due to frequent electricity outage but the hotel cant do anything about it. The staff are good and the restaurant is affordable.

This is a nice hotel with low budget, you can choose when you travel by train since this hotel is in walkable distance. Food taste is very good and the service people are very courteous. My single day experience is very nice

The state of the rooms when I checked in was really terrible and when I asked the management to clean it up they gave lame excuses like the housekeeping team is not at work now etc. ||Not worth the amount.

It was good hotel, but located in a narrow lane.

Good budget hotel near to Railway station.

Staff are very helpful and co operative.
