Lemon Tree Hotel, Centre Point, Jamshedpur

I stayed in this hotel during my business trip and they provided me with a corner room which was spacious along with a decent cupboard and bathroom. The room itself was neat and clean, and the service was also very good. The food provided for breakfast was good but the variety was the same for multiple days together. Overall the stay was good, and the location is also very good, with good proximity to the market.

Well, I am utterly disappointed. This so called "4 Star" hotel don't have a proper ramp. It's very difficult to carry your heavy luggage on the stairs without help. Then housekeeping staff broken my skybag trolley. Worst part was that the mgmt. asked me to directly deal with the staff in such cases. Later they provided a cheap replacement to carry my stuff and deducted from poor staff salary.

Studio room is a decently sized room to take, worth it!! Very clean linens and room hygiene. Wasn't expecting as much. Breakfast was filling especially with the live counter working. Cutlery (cups) had lipstick marks, shows how careless the cleaning staff are.

Thank you for the warmest welcome from the Front Office team, especially Mr.Isac who made a lovely welcome card for all of us, including responding to every request since the beginning of the room reservation and taking good care of us until the Check-out day. ||Thank you to the restaurant team, especially Mr.Goash (the restaurant manager) who was able to arrange the Thai Style Lunch Box as we expected. He is just like "Mr.Yes Man". ||Including Miss Bansantii and the team members who always welcomed and managed us with a smile, paying attention to the small details of the customers very well. Thank you for the red roses on the day we had to say goodbye. ||Thank you to Mr.Raj, the driver who always delivered lunch to us every day and provided a lunch box service to our place, and of course with a lovely smile. ||The hotel was clean, the rooms were in proportion, located in a good area, the atmosphere was warm, making us feel like home. And of course, if we have a chance to go back again, we will always go back to create chaos for the Lemon Tree team. ||Miss you all.

The Hotel place and Ambience is very good. Staffs are well behaved and very cooperative, they allowed us for the room in late hours which is very much appreciated, I will be thankful to Asif Rahul and back office staffs for immediate arrangement in late hours , food was very tasty and delicious which will be tempted us to stay regularly, definitely I will recommend in my organisation to stay here and take the benefits of tasty food. I had a lovely stay at the Lemon Tree Hotel in Jamshedpur. Good Property in a easy to find location, Rooms were clean and staff service is good as well. Asif and Shankar at the front desk and the rest of the staff were all well trained and have a good communication. The breakfast could have been a bit more on the tastier side, but overall good experience.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel and a special shoutout to Mr.Isac. From the moment I arrived, he greeted with a warm smile and was attentive to every detail, whether it was offering assistance with my bags, making sure my room was perfect, or checking in to see if I needed anything throughout my stay. It's rare to meet someone so dedicated to creating a great guest experience, and he truly made a lasting impression. I truly appreciate their professionalism and definitely returning to this hotel in the future.
