Hotel Grand Residency

Room sizes are small. The bathroom size is extra small to fit. Bedsheets are dirty and stain marked. They changed but the fresh one also of same quality. This receptionists have serious attitude problem and the another mid aged one has no sense of responsibility and didn't care attitude. And even after telling they will not keep your bills ready. In no way you can chek out without waiting at reception for at least10 to 15 minutes Overall not a feel good place. I had to check out because of all those things when I had to stay more than a week.

Great place to stay in Kadma Bistupur area in Jamshedpur within budget . The rooms were a bit small for the price . The service they provide is great , the food is also worth the money and affordable . The staff were very kind and helpful , especially the room service guys.

Like to start with saying if you're going to charge 2.5k for a standard room atleast put some educated people at the reception who knows how to interact with customers this receptionist named Amrendra was not at all respectful seemed frustrated most of the time. Lacked common etiquette, no conversational skills at all. Now the room the geyser was dripping continuously, a foul smell was coming from the bathroom even though the exhaust was on. No toiletries, 1 towel for two adults, dirty bed sheet. Now the food prices were too much for the quality. Only good things were the room service guys (they seemed more decent than the Amrendra from reception), the availability of RO water, parking space and smart tv. But I don't think these all are worth 2.5k. I have shared this review from a personal experience yours may differ but there are better hotels to stay in this price range.

Rooms are a bit small and Corridors are also very narrow. Gives a weird sort of vibe. In some of the rooms we had good outside view. They have a restaurant which is good but bit expensive. Overall pricewise a bit expensive 2500/night/room.

Comfortable stay. Room was very good,clean & spacious. Bathroom was in good condition. Service was good & prompt. Staff behavior was very good. Location was very good & nearer to the centre. Food was very delicious & tasty. Overall is very good.

I had an amazing stay in Hotel Grand Residency! The hotel exceeded my expectations by upgrading my room, which was a lovely surprise. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was comfortable and clean. I truly appreciated the extra touches and personalized service. Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with hotel Grand Residency's hospitality. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. 5 stars and a big thumbs up from me!

It's a good hotel to stay in at a reasonable price. It's located close to Bistupur, has its own car parking space, premium rooms are nice and clean, room service is good too and the desk staff are friendly and adjusting with check in and check out times. The hotel has its own restaurant and the food is priced reasonably and is tasty. One can expect to have a comfortable stay here. One complaint would be that even in the premium room they do not provide a toothbrush kit, we have to pay extra for that.

Paid approx Rs.1200 through Goibibo but the offline rates were around 2500. I expected more from this hotel. More in service and cleanliness. The intercom was not working so I had to call the reception through my personal phone. The location is ok near Ramada bistupur. Parking is barely for 3-4 cars.
