Akino (Luxury Stay) Boutique Hotel

Stayed at this hotel for 4 days to attend a family wedding in Feb'25 and couldn't be happier with the decision. This hotel was a last minute booking for us (and a surprise find) when another hotel cancelled our booking due to heavy rush from wedding season. The rooms are very well designed and maintained given it is a new property. The bathroom is also well designed - much better than the other 5 star properties I have stayed within metros. There is also a parlor opposite to the hotel which made my life simpler. While we didn't have the breakfast, the items we ordered occasionally at lunch were prepared well and tasted good - as a vegetarian I find it difficult to eat in the state but the food here surprised me and was much better than what I was expecting it to be - quality ingredients used. I will definitely stay at this property again and recommend it. The hotel is situated in a lane near DAV and not on the main road - this wasn't a concern for us.

Located in the heart of Bistupur, this boutique hotel offers a very comfortable stay. The rooms are super comfortable with every amenity that you expect from a premium star rated property. The well trained staffs are very courteous polite and professional. I couldn't avail the room service options but with everything that i experienced here I feel it should be of top class too.The only regret that I have is that I couldn't extend the stay as I was on a tight and packed schedule.

Very satisfied with my stay at Akino. I had a reservation for three days and the experience was amazing. While the hotel is small and has opened half an year back, I was pleasantly surprised to observe the following: 1 - The hotel decor, room interiors and amenities were top class. I had not expected the bathrooms to be so well-designed with the fittings and the dispensibles like soap, moisturizers etc. being a grade above than hotels in this budget. 2 - The staff, service and reception were well trained and responsive. I had a specific need for a 16A extension cord for my laptop and they got built and sent at my room through the electrician. Wasn't expecting this! 3 - The food was good. Room service as well matched the standards of what you might expect. Some suggestions for the hotel: 1 - They could try to expand the breakfast menu. I was expecting a larger breakfast menu and the lack of non-vegetarian items (besides egg) was a bit disappointing. 2 - The location of the hotel is a bit underwhelming is in a tightly packed lane but in a good area. Would have loved if the view outside would match the fantastic services inside. 3 - I hope the hotel does more to market itself. It is great and I would love to stay here again the next time I visit.

The worst place I have ever visited. With heavy heart I need to share the review that yesterday I went with my cousin's for a dinner that ruined my mood even we had to walk out without having our dinner as the staffs are totally untrained including the manager there . They made us sit for atleast an hour and ended up by nothing . No one else was there in the restaurant expect us. I wonder now that why was the restaurant vacant just because of their behaviour and service . We went there around 9:45 and had to leave the place around 11 with nothing not even our dinner . #worstservice #experince

Awesome property, every nook and corner of the room was designed so tastefully, every dish served was soul-satisfying. 5 star level service for very reasonable prices. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stay in Jamshedpur.

Luxurious stay over 3 nights. The staff were very polite and helpful and made the stay special. The rooms are spacious and clean, amenities are top notch - comparable to the best. The breakfast was good - service staff attentive, helpful and ready to meet any request. Overall an excellent hotel and would highly recommend without hesitation.

Excellent food and service.. chinese is too good..best hakka noodles and burnt garlic egg fried rice.. went with family and love the ambience..very luxurious and well made.. definitely recommend this place to everyone..best fine dining restaurant in Jamshedpur..shahi tukda and tooti frooti in desert is my favourite

Great experience at Akino Luxury Stay, rooms where excellent, service top notch. The restaurant has a wide variety of options at the breakfast buffet. Also the food overall is great in taste and quality. Would definitely visit again when in Jamshedpur
