If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This is by far the worst restaurant I have ever dealt with. I made the mistake of ordering from them twice, thinking the first experience was just a one-time issue, but they proved me wrong. Both times, they took my money and canceled the order without any valid reason. No refund, no explanation, and no accountability. Just a straight-up scam! If they can't fulfill orders, why even accept them? And if they do cancel, where is the courtesy of at least refunding the money on time or providing some justification? This is daylight robbery. On top of that, their customer service is non-existent. Trying to contact them is a complete waste of time because they either don't pick up or give vague, unhelpful responses. Instead of solving the issue, they just ignore complaints, leaving customers frustrated and helpless. If this is how they operate, I seriously doubt the quality and hygiene of their food as well. If they can scam people openly, who knows what goes on in their kitchen? Maybe it's a blessing in disguise that I never got my food. Avoid this place at all costs. There are so many better restaurants out there that actually care about their customers. Don't waste your time, money, or patience on this fraud restaurant.

I recently booked The Mahal Inn for a reception ceremony, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. While the venue itself was decent and well-maintained, the quality of the food left much to be desired. The dishes served were below average, lacking flavor and freshness, which was a major letdown for an event as important as a reception. Guests also shared their dissatisfaction with the food quality. For a venue of this caliber, I expected much better service in terms of catering. The staff was courteous, but the poor food quality overshadowed the overall experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their food standards to match the expectations of their customers.

Rooms are of good size. Not very big..not very small.. Room service is good. Location is good.
