Had a very terrible experience. It was hard to find the hotel on top of that upon arrival they were asking me extra money as they were saying that the rate provided online is not enough for them and they claimed that agoda doesn't pay them on time. This is something very unacceptable and Oyo needs to do something about it as it is misleading and causing trouble to us and other people.

Never ever recommend to book and waste time energy. If I could give negative rating I would have given the same. Worst Experience. Came with my family here. After reaching the property the staff asked to pay an additional amount because they feel the amount you paid through the app is not sufficient. Had a talk with the regional manager of OYO of jamshedpur he is also aware of it. OYO uses cheap tricks to make people book the hotel and once you are there and don't have any other option you will be bound to pay extra. If you request a bill they will not provide it.Great way to cheat customers. Most of the doors of hotel rooms were not closing. None of the bathrooms had an exhaust.

We booked it through AGODA, and after reach there they denied for check in, we paid extra to them and booked it. We are still waiting for the money from AGODA. The rooms are also dirty, the bed sheets and the pillow are 100 years old. The door lock is not working properly.

There is very very congested area, No room service, they don't provided towel, they don't provided drinking water, extra charges taken 100 per while I have fully paid at the time of booking in advanced, Not Mug in bathroom no Jub in room, very bad experiences ever I have seen in my life of accommodation.

The property manager will deny you check-in for sure if you book through OYO. After a 2hour call with OYO customer care all you will get is your refund and nothing else. So, waste of money and time if you are booking with OYO. Booking ID KWH91532

The WORST hotel you can get in this area. Here's why: 1. The rooms being let out are still under construction!! 2. Missing Railings in the balcony 3. Bathrooms have missing window frames!! 4. The providers are lying online!! They mentioned the room had AC and TV, but upon check-in, we got a room without AC/TV, The washrooms didn't even have geyser !! 4. They don't honor their bookings. Even after having a confirmed online booking, they dent check-in if you don't pay offline!!

Very bad experience . Unprofessional staff. Asked for extra money for check in . Had to cancel and find other hotel . Dont visit waste of time.

No towel or blanket provided during the stay. Also checkin denied and I had to book twice the same hotel and my money also haven't refunded.
