I had nice experience with the delicious dishes which we ordered . But I think they have to encourage theirs manpower and services.

Very good location and very very carefully palace

The hotel's ambience is very pleasing. The arrangement for the Marriage, birthday parties celebration is very good. The staff members are polite and helpful. The food varieties and taste are awesome here. Keep the quality and cleanliness up.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms,Enough space for parking & to walk around but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly ... One of the best hotel in Hazaribagh in average budget. Highly recommended.

Vernika restaurant is just like awesome if you will be come to wedding function, engagement function, birthday and many type of ceremony. You will be enjoy full on and also take it taste of restaurants items like veg or non veg all of them owesome.

It's a pathetic experience at the hotel we booked the hotel for a engagement ceremony but we didn't get any arrangements on time no food management many people didn't receive the food as well and at the end they also charge us extra 20000 without giving any proper explanation about it. I don't recommend any one to visit this hotel. one more thing this hotel is not even safe as i lost my wallet in the hotel room but none of the hotel staff has taken a responsibility of it. Totally waste of money.

Do not ever try to visit this hotel and do not even think of booking this for any kind of function . Both the food and services of staffs is intolerable. Do not look over the good reviews as those would be either paid or from relatives.

Excellent experience.... Thanks hotel vernika team. .. For tasty food, clean room, friendly nature staff(gangaram ji and mahendra ji) good service... Ambience was also good... Only need smart tv or tv in room.. Overall everything was good
