Hotel Sri Vinayak

I attended an engagement ceremony at this venue and was extremely disappointed with everything, from the service to the cleanliness of the premises. They charge a hefty amount, but when it comes to service quality, it's worth absolutely nothing. They didn't even turn on the air conditioning, leaving the hall warm and uncomfortable for sitting. There were no staff members available to clean the tables or floors, and the catering service was equally dismal--the food was tasteless. They carelessly served two menu items in the same tray when they should have used separate trays for each. It felt like they were just going through the motions without any real effort. Right from the start, guests had to wait for food because the trays were barely filled with even a minimal amount. Now, the worst part: all the washrooms were clogged, and there was no water supply. Imagine 250 guests with no functioning washroom facilities! People went to the washrooms only to return immediately because they were unusable due to the clogging and lack of water. I would never recommend this place. The service was utterly pathetic.

Hotel is good but not sufficient parking available for all vehicles

This hotel ambiance is good but the service is worst. I used to stay here since last two months but the service is not good. Even the blanket cover is not changed daily, in my room t.v was not working but no one responded. The restaurant staff are not courteous. I will not suggest any one to stay hare.

I had recently visited this hotel for marriage function, it is good for function and to stay but food quality is not good as the maximum guest suffer with stomach upset.

My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. The food was an abomination, an insult to taste buds everywhere. Safety was a distant concern, with questionable hygiene practices evident in every corner. The staff and owner's behavior were beyond disappointing; their indifference reached new lows. It's as if they took a masterclass in rudeness and incompetence. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Save yourself the agony and steer clear of this establishment. It's a pitiful excuse for a hotel, and I regret every moment I spent within its walls.
