Property is at good location and for Short visit it is okay . Don't have restaurant so need to arrange food outside all the time which is available as per market timing .

I had a terrible experience with this hotel, which I booked through Make My Trip. My train arrived at 11 PM, and I reached the hotel around midnight. Despite knocking on the door and calling multiple times, no one responded. I kept trying for nearly an hour, till around 1 AM, but there was absolutely no response. This situation is highly unsafe, especially for families or solo travelers. I chose this hotel based on its ratings, but I now believe those reviews are false or paid. Do not trust the high ratings--it does not reflect the reality. I strongly advise against booking this hotel. It's unreliable and poses a serious safety risk.

I kept trying for nearly an hour, till around 1 AM, i called customer care who said he switched off his mobile and denied entry. cc give options to transfer my hotel which is 7 to 8 km away from this hotel were no convenience to reach at 1 pm night. This situation is highly unsafe, especially for families or solo travelers. I strongly advise against booking this hotel.It's unreliable and poses a serious safety risk. it still shows online booking cc taking no action against him after the same things happened with so many coustomer.

This hotel is at excellent location --safe, quiet, and peaceful, offering a refreshing contrast to the hustle and bustle of larger cities. The hotel has its own restaurant and bar, and the room service is prompt and attentive. For those looking to explore, there are also a few good restaurants nearby. Overall, a great choice for anyone seeking a relaxing stay in Hazaribagh.

Checked in at 1:30 am at night, I will give them credit for that. However, the rooms were not clean, the blankets were smelling and bedsheets littered with hair. Caretaker doesn't know how to talk to guests. The irony is that the AC units are controlled by the caretaker centrally. The caretaker switched off the ACs at 6:00 am in the morning without even informing us. When confronted, he said that the property owner instructed them to do the same. The caretaker refused any kind food service to us, while delivering prepared food to another room right infront of us. One of the worst places to stay. Would not recommend.

Worst staff, worst rooms n location. The bathroom has leakage and extremely dirty
