The hotel people are saying that you should cancel the online booking and we will confirm your booking for less money and after going there they are asking for more money from us, apart from the online booking money they are saying that we do not take online booking and this hotel people behave wrongly, they ask for payment for everything be it a water bottle or soap and they repeatedly come to the room and disturb us saying sir please give the payment and ask for tip, on refusing the tip they are also threatening us to cancel the hotel room and they threw us out of the hotel in a day and when we were thrown out they held our payment and took extra payment by citing GST charge and different charges for booking and personal book after doing
