Hotel Tushtaya Inn

Hotel ambience is good. Hotel and Room are clean. Staff are polite. Wifi service is available. However, there are some issues as mentioned below. 1. The toilet seat was loose. After compliant, the staff fitted a nut to tighten it. 2. The bathroom is very small. The door is very small. There is no rack to keep the toiletries. 3. Washbasin in the bathroom is very small. The water spills outside and wet the floor while washing hands. 4. The electric switch board is very near the washbasin. It may cause electrocution and death if water spills into the switch board. 5. The AC in the room is not effective. Even after 19deg temperature set in remote, cooling is poor. 6. Card tariffs are Rs. 3000 and above. However, only 1-litre water bottle is provided per day for 2 guests. 7. Room has a small fridge. But empty. 8. The bed is high. It is uncomfortable to get down from the bed. Particularly, during nights. 9. The side tables beside the bed are at very low height. It is very inconvenient to keep and pick up things from the side tables.

Staff behavior is good....but meal was not that much delicious.....when your price is high than you have to serve the food atleast good

We organised a marriage in Hotel tutshyaya inn. Perhaps it was my best experience in all over india. Staff behavior food quality hygiene locality everything was top class. They were ready to accomodate even those requirements, which were not in our service condition. My heartfelt thanks to Mr Akshay and his entire staff.

The food is really delicious, the atmosphere and ambience is fantabulous. Recommended for every foodie to try at least once.

Tushtaya Inn, Godda Services: The staff is polite and cordial, though not overly friendly. I stayed at the hotel for 1 day and 6 hours. Initially, they asked for a half-day charge for the extra hours, which I agreed to, but they were unable to provide a bill for the half-day. In the end, they charged me for only one full day. I suggest the hotel make its billing system more flexible to accommodate half-day charges. Rooms: The room we stayed in was spacious and well-ventilated, located on the second floor with plenty of natural sunlight and a balcony. The bathroom was clean and equipped with a geyser, although I had to request additional amenities like a shaving kit, which was acceptable. Amenities: The room came with air conditioning, a television, a study table, a side table, a chair, and a small fridge. There were enough charging points, and the hotel provided parking facilities. However, compared to similarly priced hotels, this one falls short in terms of the meal and accommodation plan (MAP). I believe the food could be included in the price to make the room rates more justified. Room Service: The hotel provides complimentary toiletries such as liquid soap, a comb, bathroom slippers, a dental kit, and a shaving kit. It's advisable to check if all these items are present when you enter the room. They also provide a one-liter water bottle, and an electric kettle with a DIY tea and coffee kit. Location: The hotel is conveniently located in Godda city near the bus stand, though you might need Google Maps to find it. Meal Plan: The Meal Accommodation Plan (MAP) offered by the hotel is priced higher than nearby hotels. I would recommend checking other options before making a reservation here. However, I appreciate the transparency of the staff, who explain everything clearly. Food: I had breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, and the food was average in taste. Overall Experience: I would rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5. Given the limited options in Godda, it's important to keep your expectations in check.

All service are very good and all staff is very cooperative and very professional specially rooms are very cleaned

It is a decent hotel with courteous staff and timely service.

I am in hotel since 4.8.24 still staying very poor services in all departments. Nobody listens. Manager is not available to talk about complaint only they charge huge tarrif like three star but services very very poor. I will have to think to stay next time.. For everything you will have to ask 5 times atleast then they listen....
