I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional -- the staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Worst hotel of the town, Their staff is worse. Worst service ever. We went for a birthday party and because of their service we came out without eating full. While paying the bill I was into laughter after they gave me a feedback form to fill despite knowing what would I rate. But their dare was justified as they have only 3 options to tick, good, average and excellent... I made a separate column for Very Low and ticked that... They don't even think that their service is low so they don't include this in their feedback form. Will never visit this hotel ever again.
