HOTEL RIGEL RESIDENCY, GODDA

I don't even know where to begin with this nightmare of a hotel. This hotel is a complete disaster, and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. First off, the service is beyond terrible--if you can even call it service. The staff are completely indifferent and barely acknowledge your presence. When we checked in, it felt more like an inconvenience to them than a welcoming gesture. The rooms? Absolutely appalling. The so-called "cleanliness" was a joke. The bed sheets had visible stains, the floor was dusty, and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The shower had low water pressure, and the hot water didn't work for most of the stay. The entire room smelled musty, and the furniture looked like it hadn't been replaced since the hotel opened. It was more like a dilapidated hostel than a supposed "residence." I seriously regret booking a stay here. This place is a complete scam and a waste of money. If you're looking for comfort, cleanliness, and decent service, DO NOT stay here. It was a disaster from start to finish, and I wouldn't return here if they paid me to.

Hello ! I was stayed in this hotel in this hotel last weekend . We are two , me and my husband . Amazing experience to stay there . Best and clean rooms . Airy , comfortable , hill view balcony. Food was so mouthwatering . Fresh and hot food . Bathroom was also neat and clean . Hotel staff made us feel comfortable. They are very polite and nice . Totally , my experience was good . The room is spacious and clean. The staff are most welcoming and humble. Their food service is unmatched and of homely taste. Location may be one of the disadvantages for many not but it didn't affect me much. Overall Rigel Residency is among the best options in Godda.
