Hotel Madhuvan

I went to Hotel Madhuban to play DJ during the Holi festival. The hotel's atmosphere was very nice, the staff was cooperative, and the room was nice . Bad service, they confirmed the price before we arrived at the hotel, but after reaching the hotel they denied. The manager is so rude. Even they turn off online booking when we found way cheaper in online. Not recommending at all.

Overall, the service is attentive and efficient. Rooms: The rooms are spacious, well-ventilated, and receive plenty of natural sunlight. The toilets are clean, equipped with a geyser for hot water. The overall room experience is clean, stylish, comfortable, and well-furnished. Amenities: Each room comes with air conditioning, a television, a study table, a side table, and two chairs. There are ample charging points, and the hotel features a restaurant, lift, and parking facilities. Given the reasonable pricing, the hotel offers a satisfying range of amenities. Room Service: Complimentary bath soap, toiletries, a comb, bathroom slippers, a dental kit, a shaving kit, and two half-liter water bottles are provided. However, if you need hair oil or gel, you'll need to bring your own. Location: Conveniently located on the highway, approximately 20 km from Dhanbad, the hotel is easy to find. Meal Plan: They offered us a very reasonably priced MAP (Meal Accommodation Plan). Food: The quality, quantity, and taste of the food are excellent and worth the price. Only vegetarian food is available. We enjoyed aloo paratha and puri sabji with cold lassi for breakfast, and chapati, paneer butter masala, and rice for dinner. Meals are delivered to your room. Overall Experience: The hotel exceeds expectations at its price point, offering a two-star luxury experience. The bed and ambiance provide a cool, comfortable, and homely atmosphere. Very good hotel in budget. Rooms were quite good and services were excellent. Only location is out of city on highway and for local conveyance its a struggle there. No ola/uber availability. Limited choices in MAP plan and having only basic needful menu. It should be more delightful if offered a compete meal including soups and deserts. Check in experience is nice and swift. The hotel is nice. Sadly I did not took any picture but the rooms are good. Food taste is very good. Though it's purely veg but you can bring your food from outside. The staffs are good and cooperative. I stayed for two nights. Complimentary breakfast was also good. Only thing this hotel is far away from town. So lots of traveling expenses and wastage of time.

Everybody was so co -operative . We do have food restriction but our choices had been nice cated too. Large comfortable room will maintaind. Everytime we come to dhanbad will stay at Cocoon as family recomodation . Stayed date is 29th sep to 02nd october
