Hotel Galy International

Isse Ghatiya taste maine aaj tak nai khaya . Be it vegitarian or Non vegetarian food it all taste the same ( pathetic). Other then that service is good location wise it's also good with decent atmosphere. But food is very very very bad .

Hotel Galy International is one of the famous hotel in Giridih. Their restaurant food is also very good and tasty. I love their tandoor item. They have 1 major problem about their parking, because their location is very busy area.

The Manager is no manner to talk with guest. As per hotel rules, he overcharge the 1 ltr Aquafina Packaged Drinking Water as Rs. 28/- with GST, which should be Rs. 20 to 25 incl GST. The metter is not for paying the extra amount, the matter is misbehave with customer, which is not good for hospitality services.

We ordered Reshmi kabab but got super dry chicken tikka and then they gave 0 IQ explanation that we call it Reshmi tikka only here.

Poor service No regard for customers The food is not up to the mark Rude staff

Don't risk stay there...hv horrible experience

1. Rooms are Clean but congested 2. Parking is located on the other side 3. Traffic jam on the road 4. Lift is not working after 11pm to 8am 5. Budget friendly hotel

Budget friendly hotel. Rooms are smaller than ideal sized but staffs are helpful. 24Hour check-in and checkout. Restaurant serves good food.
