RESORT SUBARNA VILLA GHATSILA

Booked a room , but could not enjoy the place as I had to cancel my program in emergency need. Great location, superb ambience , right on the bank of Subarnorekha. Definitely recommended for short term holidays with family. Overwhelmed by the management's system of refund of booking amount.

Amazing Ambience and Great view!! Right beside Subarnarekha river, giving a great scenic view. There is a beautiful resort lawn which is very well maintained for the kids and adults to enjoy. Foods are good. You can take your food and enjoy in the lawn. There is a beautiful afmrea in the lawn for eating. Hotel stuffs are very comparative. Service wise few things can done better. Few suggestions 1. Each rooms can be provided with a electric kettle and tea, coffee, milk, sugar pack. 2. Rooms can be provided with a portable 10-20 liter water jars. 3. There is one dustbin in there room there can be another dustbin box in the bathroom. 4. Bathrooms are provided with a soap and 2 sampoo sachet. There can be soaps sachet small liquid soap, small, tooth pase and brush for each members. 5. The lock portion of doors are little bit damaged in every rooms, which should be fixed. But it's understandable the resort is going through construction works. There would be plenty of things in the future. It was a nice experience. Really loved the place and would love to visit again.

Location is very good but thats the only good thing. Rooms are pathetic, bathroom is like a sinkhole. 1man can hardly fit in the bathroom. Too many insects in room. Service is pathetic. Management people are worst in terms of behavior. Food quality is below average.

Nice place to stay for a night or two ample space for kids to play, good food with well behaved staff..best time to visit monsoon and winter.

Experience not good at all for following reasons 1)Rooms are overall good but geyser are centralized, so everytime u need hot water u have to tell hotel stuff to switch it on. And sometime it's not working. 2)Food are okay but delay in service and staffs are not organized. 3)They only have colddrinks in stock. No nearby shops available not even small paan cigarette shop n they don't keep any chips biscuit cake in stock. 4) Door locks are not working from inside Room 103 and doors are very tight to operate for all rooms. 5)Most annoying things is they allowed outside public to the hotel lawn for normal visti and picnic. So there is no privacy for the room owners at all. If there is a picnic there will be loud sounds and speakers so peace will be gone. If there is picnic happening hotel staffs pretentd u don't even exists there. Only good thing I felt is the river and it's ambiance.

Recently, I visited with my family and our overall experience was good. The food, staff and their hospitality were wonderful. The surroundings as well as the resort amenities by the Subarnarekha river were just surreal! But there are few improvements to be done like, the staffs used to mix up the orders, small maintenance related things. Although that didn't hamper our stay much and whenever required the staffs or manager helped us wholeheartedly. So overall rating I would like to give 4.5/5 based on our experiences.

we have just left the place few times ago nd still in the station at barkakana road but we are still missing the hospitality..the staffs are awesome...specially the owner mr. asim roy gives u the vibes of guardian..mr. prokash roy the son of mr.asim roy is outstanding personality..no matter when or where he must be there to assist u at any time...hats of nd love fr this person..i felt as like big brother who guided me nd my others team members..this is my first tour from charmurti family and friends tour nd succesfully done with the help of subarnovilla homestay..the food quality excellent..10 on 10..staffs 10 on 10...rooms are good with this price...overall 5 rating....great time with subarno villa...nd next time nd everytime we will go there

Located on the bank of Subarnarekha river the resort is excellent for a 2-3 nights stay with friends/family/solo/couple. Lot of open space, sitting arrangements and options for playing specially for kids. Food tastes good but limited options, well behaved sincere and dedication staff who will help you in every way possible. Cottage options are best for stay. Pros - Nice view Good food Safety is ensured Silence and peace Cleanliness is adhered Cons- very small compact room with limited storage Washroom is too small No room telecom Room service very delayed Poor wifi Overall a great option for the management needs to upgrade few things as per hotel standards, they charged for few extra hours
