PP Crown

We had great experience staying in this hotel for two days. The behaviour of the manager is nice and all the other staffs are always at your call. We booked two rooms here. In one of our rooms there was some issue in the geyser and they immediately fixed it. We had a late night train to Kolkata. The manager took notes of that and himself made the arrangements to get us reach the station safely. Best choice to stay nearby Ghatsila station at a reasonable price.

We had a delightful 2 days stay at your hotel with family including toddlers. The service was impeccable, and the manager's support was exceptionally good, making us feel more comfortable. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met. Suggestion: Having a restaurant on-site would have made our stay even more convenient. Overall, a wonderful experience that we would highly recommend.

Pros: 1. Close to Ghatshila station 2. The rooftop rooms have adjacent balcony 3. You can order food from the recommended restaurant. Food is good. You can have it on the roof 4. Rooms/Bathrooms are clean Cons: 1. AC charges not included in room rent (beware)

The room here is very clean and nice, everyone is very helpful people who take care of all our facilities, I would like to say one thing that all the autos parked outside the station would like to take you to places where there are no facilities but they get more commission, hence we would request all the guests to drop them outside the station i.e. auto drivers. He directly told me that I have to go to PP Crown Hotel only.

I felt very good after spending two days in this hotel, I did not realize how the two days passed, all the workers and managers here are very nice people, their behavior is very efficient, they take care of all the facilities. Family holiday here. It can be a very exciting experience to spend

Hotel PP Crown, I stayed with my family for 2 days, I felt it was a very comfortable and good hotel, the environment here and all the staff here were very nice, I don't know how to praise them. I would request all the guests not to get trapped in the auto driver's trap and directly tell every auto driver that you should go to PP Crown Hotel because all the auto drivers will try to take you to different hotels in order to earn commission.

Very nice and homely hotel, I read a lot of reviews, all the reviews are true and I am not able to understand what to say in congratulating them, this was the only hotel in the whole Ghatshila or very good but it is also true that the auto drivers here Stay away from. This hotel does not give commission to any auto driver, due to which the auto drivers refuse to come here and take them to places where they get commission.
