Nirvana Inn Ghatsila

Stayed in the hotel on 27th May with my family - overall it was a very good positive experience. The staffs were very helpful and was always there to listen to any need. As it was off-season we did not book the hotel prior. But if you are going during the winters - you must prebook the hotel. A very nice environment and also walking distance from the railway station.

We have stayed 3days (22-25th dec 23), in peak season with room rent high,but nice hotel with moderate size room,all rooms are on 4th floor,always lift available. Geyser working.They have no restaurent but roof top dinning place,staffs are helpful,provide,tea,breakfast,lunch,dinner,from out side to your room ,good room service. Location near ghatshila station,auto available every second.All dining hotels very near,you can go outside also.

Here is a horrific experience. We have booked 5 rooms with Nirvana, as our trip was scheduled on 24th March, 2024. We paid an advance amount as well. everything was settled. We announced all our guests about the hotel. But on 10th march, they suddenly called us and said, their hotel will be locked as the two partners of the property ar in some legal battle and they are closing the hotel. They returned the advance amount. Later on , after investigation we found this hotel is and will be very much under operation. As the rush during Holi festival in Ghatsila is high, they have got a better deal from someone else.. This action has seriously harmed our business and we had to cancel the scheduled trip as no hotel is available in Ghatshila. I would request all not to book this hotel in future , as they do not value their commitment and may alter price, rooms at any time.

Pros: 1. Clean and well decorated room. 2. Near to the ghatshila station. 3. Near to the auto stand. 4. A few restaurants can be found nearby. 5. Provide fresh drinking water. Cons: 1. Geyser was not working. 2. Lift was not working. 3. Rooms are on the 4th floor. 4. Mosquito problem. But they don't provide all-out or something like that. 5. Staffs were not available all the time. Sometimes we didn't have water to drink.

Absolutely comfortable and beautiful stay in Ghatshila. Services are good too and the receptionist was kind enough to assist us. Rooms are very much clean & hygienic and spacious as well. It's very nearby to the station which was convenient.

We stayed 36 hours but we got AC only for 8 hours. They've controlled from their distribution board. First time I found this kind of service from any hotel. I don't suggest for staying there. Only plus point is hotel situated beside platform no 1.

A good new hotel in walking distance from Ghatsila station. The staffs try their best to fulfil the requirements of the guests. I stayed there in last December, and liked the service. Will recommend others.

This is a very nice and beautiful hotel to spend time and relax and enjoy a famous tourist destination called ghatsila. All the amenities and services are very good.
