Hotel K.K. Residency

Rooms are spacious and clean. The staffs are polite and the ower of this property is very good person. This is my first trip in ghatshila and my stay in K. K. Residency is excellent.

Hotel kk residency are places with lots of very luxury buildings where people live by paying rent. 15 are many rooms in the hotel in which many people can stay together.

neat & clean. I went with my friends last week,stayed for 2nights Nd 3days,took 5 rooms. We were worried about the frequent powercut in ghatsila,but we haven't faced any issue regarding the power supply overthere. Room service is awesome,foods are little bit expensive i love this hotel!

The location of the property is very good, right on the National Highway. Accessibility from Rail head is also very good. The rooms are below average with stinking washrooms, drainage issues. Prices charged are high compared to the facilities provided. No room service. However there is a decent restaurant Haveli right next to the property. Can be considered for a stopover. Would not recommend for family.

Nice hotel Neat nd clean Location is very good Onwer of the hotel Mr Raju Ranjan is very nice and decent person.The staff of the hotel is very supportive. According to the budget this is the best hotel in Ghatshila.

Worst Experience! Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money... The staff over there was not cooperative they don't know how to talk to the customers. they Didn't have Blankets and they Didn't give us drinking water... The A.C. in the room stopped working. And it's just been one hour and a loads of complaints. Staff were unprofessional. It just looks good from outside but from inside it's worst than a 3rd graded lodge... Worst Staff Worst Rooms And Worst experience. They don't even deserve 1 star! At the middle of the night when we where going for complain to the manager, the manager said that to leave the room.. At 9p.m of that night we had to leave that lodge... Very very bad.... Dont go over there...
