Rooms are not maintained. Service very late.. Bathrooms are in very pathetic condition. The only good thing is their garden and location. The food is not what u want. Avoid this hotel when u want to stay in this place. AC doesn't work if there is shutdown. Manager and staff doesn't seems to be of Hotel Management background.

Good location, good sized rooms, but .... full of rats when I visited, including rats hiding in the blankets, on the bed...literally everywhere! The staff were polite, but not very efficient, and did not seem bothered with various problems. I had to leave after one night, severely compromising my travel plans.

Worst ever Resort I have stayed so far. Rooms are uncleaned (including washroom). Housekeeping handed over me the mandatory toiletrys (soap/shampoo) instead of delivering at my room. After ordering the lunch, had to wait 2 hours (including 1 hour wait at the lunch table). Post complaining to the food delivery guy, the shift manager not even bothered to attend us for the hassle which we had been facing. My suggestion is apart from the location nothing is good in this resort. Hence, suggest not to opt for this one of you visit to the Ghatshila.

Good location . Fooding is also good . Room service is good . Rooms require require more attention for maintenance . But my overall experience is nice . For another turn I definitely try for Bibhuti vihar .

The hotel is excellent, especially it's courteous staff. Homely atmosphere. Rooms are clean, large and spacious. The bathroom is clean and large, fitted with geyser, but the taps require some maintenance. Linens are clean. AC is somewhat working but require overhauling. Food is tasty and very reasonably priced. Rooms are provided with right number and type of furnitures. Although a bit away (about 3-4 Kms.) from the railway station but it's location is very good, just by the side of highway. I have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and definitely visit again in future. This is second time, I came here, so it is understood that the overall past experiences have compelled me to select the hotel again. I am sure that if you come once, you'll visit here second time because Ghatshila itself is a very nice place to visit and if the hotel is Bibhuti Vihar.

Rooms are spacious. However, certain areas like lightings, electrical appliances like geysers and ACs need maintenance. Also there were insects and rats found inside the washrooms. So please avoid the ground floor rooms. Food was good. The hotel is situated on the outer parts of the town. So one would get a quite ambience. Overall, i cannot give more than 3 star as there are certain areas which require attention and upgrades.

Very good, inside ambience is excellent, food quality is upto the mark. Management should take care about the service staffs. Sometimes we felt they are not so co-operating to each other. Fortunately, we got a very good service boy, named Amrit. He is extremely attentive towards his duties, but we felt he is continually leg- pulled by other staffs, extra care should be taken in future. Otherwise it was an excellent trip to us. We stayed there from 12th October to 17th October.

Excellent service. Good co-operative behavior from Manager Mr. Omprakash Ji and all staffs.
