The Cleanest and the Best Hotel in Dumka . The rooms are spacious, the Bed Comfortable and the Washroom is Clean. They have a in-house Restaurant and Bar .The Food and Snacks are Delicious and worth the price. The Staff is Courteous and Service is good. Highly recommend for Business and Family stay.

Good hotel with all basic services. Rooms are clean and upto the mark but premises cleanliness is to be improved. Service provider must learn to behave with the customers and I would suggest them to learn some basic human behaviour else go through some human behaviour devlopment program.Service provider must remember that a book can't be judged by its cover. I enjoyed the food. Overall I will rate this hotel as GOOD with caution.

Excellent We organised a residential training program for community level stakeholders on Jal Jeevan Mission (Government of India flagship program ) for eight days from 5 Dec to 12 Dec 22, Our stay was very comfortable, food was good and staff was very active & cooperative. Special thanks to the Captain Samrat who served very well.

Rooms are quite well maintained. Washroom clean and hygienic. There is no Restaurant, but food delivered in the room. Food taste is very good, 5 for the chef. Room service and reception staffs are also well behaved.

Good location, Spacious & clean rooms, courteous staff & food reasonably good. It is in the heart of the city, bang in the commercial centre. Transport is easily available. Maintenance of the hotel is good, and the staff is helpful & courteous.

One of the best residential hotels in Dumka. Amazing service by hotel staff and very helpful manager. They go out of the way to serve you with anything needed. We stayed there for almost 10 days and were not disappointed even once.
