Nice hotel. It's clean. Nice service. But remember, their restaurant is for both veg and non veg. They use same utensils.

Moderate restaurant. Food is good and chances of improvement is there. Advise: They should change the sofas as they are torn and in horrible condition.They hide it with towel which doesn't look nice at all.

I stayed in this hotel from October 3rd to October 6th. The hotel itself was decent, but the service left much to be desired. They provided complimentary water for only one day, and when I inquired, the reception informed me that the owner instructed them not to give water bottles as compliments to customers. Additionally, the breakfast options were limited, and the service was lacking. I would recommend travelers to avoid this hotel and explore other options instead.

I'll suggest not to visit this place even in emergency. Beds were full of bedbugs, the false ceiling of the room was full of mouse and they were making noise entire night, even the staffs were not cooperating. The food was wrose, we ordered chicken biryani, they served chawal fry instead of biryani with 2 pcs stale chicken and a boil egg. Katai kharab jagah, service to inna faltu... Staffs v cooperative nahin hai, bed p bedbugs bhare pade hue they... False ceiling me rats.. jiske wajh s puri raat unhone khat pat ki.. or bedbugs k wajh se alg.. chicken biryani to aisa lg raha tha ki bss chawal fry kr ke chicken dal diye ho... Inshort maahaa faltu

They have good food room it's ok But they have not sufficient back up electricity If power cut then it's horrible

All amenities are available like dental kit, chappal, comb are available in suite type of room which is little costly. In other category room if they can provide those things it would be better. Otherwise facilities and service are good. They take price for drinking water which I think can be omitted. Parking place can be arranged separately. Food quality is average.

Surya palace is committed to provide it's guests everything if highest quality. Service and products offer in room was of good quality. It has inbuilt restaurant, the lemon tree . The quality and taste of food is great . Price of rooms affordable starting from 999 to 2200(suite) with parking.

This is one of the best hotels in the area in terms of service and accommodation quality. The food is also good. I would totally recommend this hotel if you are looking for value for money options. The only downside here is the staff behaviour. The manager and the other staff can use a little bit of training. I myself can make do with a lower quality property and service, but the staff behaviour is of the utmost importance to me. It makes all the difference in your experience.
