Hotel The Jumar

The hotel is good, and the staff also behaves well. The only main problem is that many people come here for alcohol parties. It's not a family-friendly hotel. People drink and create a ruckus until 2 AM. If you complain at the reception, they say that these are people known to the owner, so please cooperate a little.

Worst experience ever ... rooms are not clean .. nor the staff is cooperative.. wash room is not clean...

This is my first experience where this hotel is worst, poor behavior, all staffs are very rude and extreme poor services and hospitality, unprofessional staffs work in this hotel. Rooms are unclean and maintain properly.

My stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. First of all, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The reception boy, who wore a white shirt, had the worst attitude and made no effort to be helpful. When I arrived, I was shocked to see that the room was nothing like the pictures shown online. They had the audacity to tell me, "Yahi room book hua hai," as if that was an acceptable excuse for the complete false advertising. The room was tiny and bare--just a bed, nothing else. No geyser, no TV, no Wi-Fi, and not even an almirah to store my belongings. How can you even call this a hotel room? The location was terrible, adding to the disappointment. To top it off, while the washroom was relatively clean, it was still in poor condition. This entire experience was a huge letdown, and I will never recommend this place to anyone. Stay far away!

Very pathetic service. Booked a hotel for birthday party and owner are two guys who think that whole world is owls. Discussed the food menu and decoration and on the last moment they removed few items and on the day of final talk these guys made the decoration charges double of what discussed earlier. I would never recommend such fake guys. Hotel is below average . It is just that due to heavy wedding season they are charging as per their wish. But i am sure one day they will lead to closure of hotel. Regards and happy fooling till the luck lasts

I found this hotel after 10 PM when I was too much disappointed by seeing rooms of Fun Factory because I booked fun factory and found that it's marriage hall, not a hotel and facilities (like bedsheet, washrooms) of funfactory were so bad. Then I decided to look another hotel and found Jumar just ~ 500 meters far from fun factory. Jumar provided nice room and also good facilities. Staff members are nice & helpful. But tea was not good.

Worst ever experience at any hotel in my lifetime. Hotel denied checkin even after my booking was already done. Meanwhile I contacted oyo helpdesk to look into this matter, the receptionist and the owner asked me to go out and make all those calls. They even ignored Oyo helpdesk call and asked me to go out. The attitude of the receptionist was very rude, how are they able to survive in hospitality industry with such attitude. Worst ever experience. Please book the hotel at your own risk, the hotel might look good from the front but trust me the workers and the receptionist makes it no less than a hell to live in. In short, if you are looking for a worst place to live in Ranchi, book this hotel.

I have booked this hotel for two resons , one it was a big day for my gf and i informed the hotel staff initially. I can't believe the way they welcomed us nd organized everything. The decoration was on top notch. Perfect arrangement of food and staff were very helpful. They made our stay experience very good. Completely safe for couple . Well behaved staff . Clean rooms , superb interior, nice location and the best quality of the hotel is they support and suggest you at per your occasion. Best price in entire Ranchi as per they provide rooms . My recommendation for everyone I will more than 5 star .thanks hotel jumar .
