TMG - The Mystique Garden Resort

PATHETIC & HORRIBLE experience !! - For 3 days there was NO electricity at the resort and was running on generator. - The CARD lock was not activated due to which we couldn't lock our room. (The door lock of all the rooms at the resort was not in a working state.) - The elevator didn't worked for 3 days. My mother being senior citizen has to opt for staircase. - The Air conditioner of room didn't worked for 3 days as well. - Buffet breakfast was not available though mentioned in the booking. (only option available for breakfast : puri, poha and eggs) - We were asked to pay for extra cup of tea in breakfast despite breakfast being complementary. - We were served with stale raita in dinner. - No toiletry kit was provided in the washroom. - There was no towel in the washroom as well. - No mineral bottle was provided in the room. The staff said "Mineral bottle is chargeable else RO water can be provided". - The last day at checkout till 10 AM not even a single staff or chef was available. - No complimentary breakfast was provided at the time of checkout. - I have to carry all my baggage personally as staff didn't bothered to get it shifted from room to parking. - We couldn't charge our phones and battery was completely drained out as there was NO electricity for 3 days. - a la carte menu was not updated/available. The staff said "menu book has gone for printing hence not available" Overall this place is not suitable for stay as it lacks basic amenities, service and manpower. No food bills was paid by me because of above inconveniences Though accommodation charge for 3 days and 2 night of Rs 8,958/- was paid. Suggestion- The owner should first cancel all the accommodation stay from various booking website. Reason - 1) Owner lackadaisical approach. Despite door locks not being activated. Owner should have refrain from accepting accommodation booking. 2) Lack of manpower. 3) Staff behaviour is not at all polite and generous. 4) There were lizard in room. No proper Housekeeping. 5) No breakfast buffet etc ..

The Mystique Garden resort is an elegantly designed and maintained one of the best luxury resort ,restaurants and banquets in the city. It was by far the best meal in Dhanbad. The rooms are well maintained in order to clean and hygienic and are closely attached with operations along with the number of employees. Who provides quality services to guests. It is only possible that the team is going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The overall experience is fantastic for those who like it lively. I am making myself again to enjoy the same or more very soon.

I'm with a group of 23 Americans. We're putting demands on this new hotel and staff that they didn't imagine. They are working hard to address the kinks. The staff is making every effort to supply items only Americans would ask for - toilet paper, black tea, extra towels. The breakfast is very good. Aziz, the service manager, is going out of his way to make our stay good. The rooms are simple and adequate. The grounds are lovely. Wish I'd brought a swim suit!

We have had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. One of the young men assisting us with our breakfast buffet was Aziz - a very helpful young man. Food was excellent. All in all, staff are very accommodating.

The resort provided the perfect backdrop for our team-building activities and social gatherings. The arrangements were well-planned, and the resort staff were attentive to our needs. We all had a memorable time and appreciate the effort put into making this event a success."

The mystic tea garden resort is a hidden gem! The location is beautiful, rooms are modern and comfortable, and the service is exceptional. With amazing views, great dining options, and plenty of activities, it's the ideal spot for a relaxing escape. Highly recommended!

Nice Staff and food Quality was very nice and testy,look of this resort is very good and attractive with standards. The Aziz and team staff is very helpful in this resort.

The food was really good, and the service was quick. The place had a nice vibe, and the staff was friendly. Overall, a great spot to eat and chill. It's worth visiting again.
