SG International Hotel

The hotel is not good. The rooms were full of cockroches. No room cleaning was done in 5 days of stay. No bedsheets change. Washroom not cleaned. No complimentary water provided. Toiletries were a small soap and a patanjali shampoo sachet. Not a good experience. Food was oily.

Services are not good. I wanted for morning tea at 6:30 am and requested them the day before since I had a morning train to catch. However, it got served at 7:00 am , that too after a couple of follow ups. I have been given only one complementary bottle (1 ltr) of water on the first day and no bottle was given in subsequent days of stay. No visit from housekeeping. A bare minimum of toiletries are given.

Very bad staff behaviour not good rooms the bedsheet were torned the washroom was so dirty called staff 3 times for cleaning the washroom still no response worst hotel in Dhanbad u should never visit this place

This one of the best hotel in Dhanbad ... Well co operative staff... With complimentary breakfast ... In a well budget price.. Good location

I checked in at 8 pm and i told them that i will leave at the same time after 2 days but at the end when i was going to check out i informed them 2 hours ago about it then they started saying that you have to pay for 3 days because our check out time is 12 pm i lived there for 2 days and they took money for 3 days i planned to stay here for a long gap of 14 days but now after seeing this i suggest you all to check another hotel nearby they will treat you better and way too cheaper

Booked through online services Agoda. All the statements mentioned about the property are absolutely false. Very much unprofessional in terms of services. Management seems to be a don't care attitude. During my stays I complained multiple times for many reasons, but failed to get any satisfactory response. Pathetic experience. I've no options to select below one star rating by Google, otherwise I would have gone with that option.

The rooms were dirty and smelly and damp. Water slippage issues in all the bathrooms.. Pathetic service. Please don't book this hotel ever.
