Pathetic services, even no staff there n no room service. If I talk about room cleaning, it was just like public place, everywhere dirts n dirts. Pls management, focus on these services,if u really want to do a smooth business. N eventually, their lift facilities, masaallah. We got room at 4th floor but lift was not working,so we struggled n picked our luggage n go by stairs , ourselves. No helper/staff to help us to pick our luggage to room. So u decide.

This is a very very bad hotel. No room service provide a perfect time. A/c not working. Pls pls i request Don't go this hotel for good and comfortable staying mind. When i call for morning break fast, there staff tell with in 20 minutes break fast redy , but till after 1 hour, not served my break fast. Pls i request Pls don't staying this hotel any official purpose booking by OYO app.. Because oyo app also included breakfast provide, but hotel staff not provied a perfact time

For the Room I would give 5, but that's not the only thing, bathrooms are average, services are not good, besides no generator facility. If one booked a room in 4th floor and there is a powercut which is frequent in dhanbad, then one has to go with stairs.

ZERO. My experience here was utterly distasteful. They completely refused service to us and were uncooperative in dealing with the problem at hand. Very poor quality staff and quality. Would give it ZERO STARS if I Could.

Hotel is filthy and price is very high. I stay at this hotel they not provide any service. Their beds are so dirty that you can not think. Also running water is not available smoothly.

Developing is must needed.... Otherwise hotel iss very excellent or room r so hygine....or to improve staf service......awesome... Experience

Worst!! At first location is far from shown..AC didn't work peoperly...Room space too short..No room service..No cleening sweepers...very bad expefience booking...No recomendation to others Overall feeling to much dissapointed
