OYO Hotel Vip Regency

Avoid this fraudulent hotel. The owner is so greedy that he does not hesitate to cancel the reservation to get the commission back from the booking services. He cancelled my reservation even though I was present for both nights at the hotel. I also had to pay a penalty for not being there even though I was. Another thing, the cleanliness of the place is very questionable. Sheet with black and brown stains. Dirty floor. I had to clean the room myself. This hotel does not deserve to be listed on Agoda and Booking. I have been to India dozens of times. All the hotels, even the most humble ones, have always delivered impeccable service and their welcome was exemplary... Except in this hotel unfortunately

Owner is a scammer. Tried to sell me a bottle of aquafina water bottle at rs25, 5rs more than MRP, beds are not adequate enough for normal sized adult , I'm 6, and i barely slept , constant haggling for food,tea and water to overcharge you, hotel feels like a bhoot bangla, stay there if no place else is available.

Pleasant and comfortable stay.The best thing I found was peaceful and hygienic environment.The Reception looks like a five star one and the staff were also very polite and friendly.The Front desk boy also upgraded my Room from Standard to Deluxe .Loved my stay.satisfied.

Very very poor services, no water for drinking in room, ac remote is not there to operate. No ac switch to on ac. 14 inch tv us there but without connection. On enquiry i have been informed it is temporarily out of service. Due to not recharged. Will be operational after few days. I was suppose to make payment through card but the swiping machine is faulty. I was occupying regular tariff charges room.

Room is very spacious and clean. Washroom also very good. Service is perfect, very prompt and the location is in very good position. Very happy to staying at Hotel VIP Regency

Hey do not clean the floors. Bed sheet and linen is changed once in 2 months maybe. used towels are kept in the toilet with unclean environment. Pathetic Stay. Only courteous person available in the Hotel was the service boy. The Manager / Owner sitting in the front desk perhaps last smiled before India became independent. They do not serve breakfast. No dining area.

For the price of Rs. 2200/- a night is not so good. They don't have proper mineral water for customer, bedsheet was dirty and as per the safety purpose it is very poor. They have Windows in their room which is just beside the next building balcony. In the bathroom where light is fixed, have a big two rectangular slab where a person can easily hide. It was a extremely poor experience. Personally I won't suggest anyone to go in this hotel.

I was on business trip and stayed for 2 days. Room was pretty small meant for single person only. Room Interior is modern but no window to room. Room and bathroom were clean n neat. Centrally Located but far from railway station. Service Staff is polite and helpful. Also has parking for vehicles.
