I had a wonderful experience at Shane Punjab, and a big part of it was the excellent service provided by Vinod. His polite and professional behavior made our visit even more enjoyable. He was attentive, friendly, and ensured everything was perfect. It's always great to see staff who genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Keep up the great work, Vinod! Very very poor service. After booking in advance for Birthday party, a negligible approach was there from staff members. After sitting for 1 hour starter came. Later what will happen I am afraid of it. This experience is shared on live basis.

I went there with my family and had a lot of fun. It is a great restaurant. I will tell you to definitely go there once with your family.

Good food ..service was also very nice ...I definitely visit soon....

quality is really great . Taste is really authentic . It has the best chicken chilli that I've ever had .

With very high expectations I booked this hotel for a party, but came out really disappointed because of the type of food, the staff behaviour , the delays and the no show from the manager despite a long wait. I was really surprised as these are the days of high customer orientation and enhancement of customer experience. The strange thing was that they accepted that they have not served what they were told and how they were told, but still didn't feel the need to regret the same.

* Staircases: Avoid using the staircases as they are in disrepair and may be unsafe. * Electrical System: The hotel experiences frequent power outages and flickering lights. * Elevators: The elevators are unreliable, often pausing unexpectedly or getting stuck. Use them with caution. * Fifth Floor Party: The fifth floor is booked for a party. While the stage was initially unprepared, decorations are now in progress. * Fifth Floor Bathroom: The fifth-floor bathroom is in poor condition. The door lock is missing, so please be aware of the lack of privacy.
