The hotel itself is good, and the location is also convenient. However, the main issue lies with the service. The hotel staff is not properly trained and lacks basic hospitality skills. Their behavior towards guests is unprofessional, especially the receptionist, whose attitude needs serious improvement. If the staff's behavior--particularly at the reception--improves, the hotel could receive much better feedback. Pro Tip for Corporate Travelers: Avoid booking rooms with breakfast included. The quality and condition of the breakfast are very poor and not up to standards.

This was the worst hotel service I ever had. Hotel is not for family stays, very dirty beds and washrooms with lot of leaks. The hotel reception person made our experience even worst, as he foeced us to stay in a non AC eoom and we paid for AC rooms, he misbehaved with my family members and raised his voice multiple times while we asked him ro change our rooms during our check out he said its okay to check out which was not of any use. My personal suggestion, DON'T come to this hotel if you want clean and safe place to stay

Avoid This Hotel at All Costs - A Complete Disaster We booked the entire hotel to accommodate wedding guests, expecting at least basic professionalism. What we got instead was an absolute disaster. * Incompetent, Untrained Staff: The staff appeared to have no formal hospitality training. They were unprofessional, disorganized, and dressed in rags, making us wonder if they were just random people pulled off the street. Service was inconsistent, and even simple requests were met with confusion or apathy. * Filthy, Neglected Rooms: The rooms were dusty, unkempt, and felt like they hadn't been properly cleaned in ages. Bedding and furniture looked worn out, and cleanliness was clearly not a priority for the management. * Aging, Unsafe Facilities: The elevator looked like it hadn't been serviced since the 70s and felt like a safety hazard. Basic maintenance of the building and amenities was either nonexistent or severely lacking. * Billing Issues & Incompetence: Even generating a simple bill seemed beyond their capabilities. Expect incoherent invoices, pricing inconsistencies, and a general lack of accountability when it comes to financial transactions. Yes, the hotel is cheap, but even at a bargain price, it's not worth it. You are essentially paying to be frustrated. If you care at all about cleanliness, service, or a functional stay, do yourself a favor--stay far away from this place.

Worst hotel I ever visited....price like 3 star hotel and service like 3rd class hotel...I will never recommend to go here....

Highly unprofessional management. We had booked several rooms for 3 days to accommodate our wedding guests. During the last day, we called and informed them that we are a bit busy and whether they are okay with us paying the dues during the evening of the check-out day, to which they agreed. However, when our guests were checking out, they took their luggage and didn't let the guests leave the hotel saying that the bill hadn't been paid. That was really unexpected and unaccepted behaviour. If they were in such a hurry to clear the dues, they should have said earlier. We had a lot of rooms booked in Hotel Venue as well and that hotel was really amazing in service and hospitality. The rooms in that hotel were also amazing. I would recommend everyone to check it out rather than wasting their time and money in this pathetic hotel.

Experience was good at Madhulika Inn, specially at Dhanbad where maximum properties are old and service are not up to the mark. Staff were polite, Rooms were clean and spacious. Location is the best, just opposite of Bus Stand. Food quality was also good and not must costlier.

My stay at the Hotel was good. The best part was the Restaurant. They served delicious food and the service was great. The flavors where awesome.
