Hotel Muskaan International

Staying in hotel 3rd time , hotel staff behaviour, service & accommodation is perfect. This time writing review to give feedback to hotel owner on some unprofessional behaviour of Manager ( Ravindra Prasad) today while sitting at Lobby I have observed his behaviour which is not good towards all staffs, even he don't know how to speak in front of hotel guest, he was fighting & threatening everyone . He was making a story on 1 egg shortage, sweeper's minor mistake & etc. Owner must take appropriate intervention to avoid such incidences during office hr to safeguard Hotel's reputation.

Very close to Dhanbad Jn. railway station. The service is quite poor and the hotel staff barge into the room without knocking or ringing the bell. Rooms are sub standard and have poor bed quality.

Staying here since last 20 years and that's every month but since last 3 months food services is worst not in quality of food but the delay for simple pakoda you have to wait for an hour.lot of discussion with the staff members I don't know why the owner not looking into this matter. If it continues we have to stay somewhere else.

Very very poor, The service is unexpected and the service boy provided food from our side where bill amount has increased intentionally for personal profit.

This hotel is infested with bed bugs. The staff wouldn't give us a refund, and we paid for 2 rooms. They came into the rooms several times to spray the headboards and the desk, but didn't take us seriously. The staff is very unprofessional. They opened our door right after ringing the bell, and if I or my mother in law was not decent, there would be one less worker here. This is a nice "looking" hotel, but I'd rather stay in a cardboard box if it was bug free.

The hotel has been redesigned. Looks good, the rooms are well and the location is very good. They just don't have power backup for Air Conditioning which can be improved .
