Location is fine. Road is narrow. Area is dirty. Rooms are specious and comfortable. Service is very good. Staffs are well behaved. Interior and decoration is beautiful. Restaurant is well managed.

This is very good hotel for staying purpose. Excellent room, very clean and tidy, ambience is perfect. They have maintained this hotel very well keeping in mind everything which a person wants to make their journey to remembered. Excellent hotel. Front desk staff are so friendly, welcoming, polite and helpful. A beautiful hotel of coal capital in dhanbad.

No 1 fraud hotel.. I don't know if there is any law in India that you can't cancel your booking on any such emergency conditions. I think this hotel is begging to each & every customer. Going for legal action on hotel authority. You guys will see this time how it's feel to make fool the public.

They will snatch your hard earned money..they had committed that they would give the best service for my marriage. I had so high expectations from it..but the service was pathetic. They stoop so low that they had even cut the ac at times. They hadn't given enough food to the guests at the function. Me and my mother had managed everything on our own..but we were cheated..the manager was also soft spoken from outside but he ruined everything. Please never book this hotel ever... And especially for your marriage..marriage is any girl's and family's dream..they ruined the most special day of my life.. money snatching bloody people . pathetic

Highly recommend not to stay in the Hotel. Firstly, there is no Lift in the Hotel. Second, behaviour of the staffs are not good and they are not ready to co-operate. Third, AC does not work if the current goes off. I had to bring my luggage on my own up to 2nd floor since lift was not available. Since I had already made the payment during checkin I could not change the hotel. When I told the hotel staff that I would not rate the hotel well he told me sure please go ahead.

Services need to be better. I stayed at a hotel before, paid less amt. than this one but the services were way better. But in this hotel I didn't like the services. Management needs to abide by corona safety standards. At least sanitise the rooms before giving to new customers. Regular maintenance of AC, fan, bathroom switches are needed. You need to upgrade your bathrooms. Early morning check out and there were no one in the counter. You need to improve very very much. Also the food price in the menu is unnecessarily high. 2 bisleri bottles cost 82 Rupees including GST. Like what!!?!?!
