Worst hotel and worst owner Please don't go to this hotel They are literally doing scam there. Dirty place,owner is very narrow minded and unfriendly. I had a horror experience there because that room was like hell.

This Hotel is not good for Decent Person.Hotel Owner and Manager both are cheater.They don't know how to behave with Customer..This hotel is Totally fraud in Dhanbad.Very Dirty Room,Room Service is very poor..At the time of Checkout they ask more money.

Very bad service, they behave very sweetly when you check in only. Don't avail this hotel.

This is one of the worst places one can stay in Dhanbad if one is looking to stay with their families. None of the rooms provide with quality amenities, and the other boarders do not care about intrusion into others privacy. The owner/manager even had the audacity to taunt us after we let him know that we didn't find the rooms hospitable enough.

No human decency and the staff try to talk sweet just to exploit u of money. The room are as dirty as possible there were 2 cockroaches in my room when I complaint they told me no big deal just avoid them. Those people are just money grubbing monster now I hate the whole state never going jharkhand again.

Do not stop any one in this hotel Don't trust hotel management

Verry verry verry bad experience. Manager behaviour is so bad. Humble request to all visiters never stay this "Coalfield hotel". Just waste of money. Nothing else.

Hotel owner is too cheap and talking way very sweet or many people fall in gossip.. I request all in one don't stay there. Best hotel located near railway station no expensive.. Disgusting hotel owner.. Thanku
