Grand Mirage Dhanbad, a member of Radisson Individuals

We recently celebrated my Mom and Dad's Anniversary with a dinner at Hotel Radisson Individuals Dhanbad, and it was an unforgettable experience! The ambiance was perfect -- elegant, cozy, and beautifully set up for a special evening. The food was delicious, and the entire atmosphere made the night even more memorable. A very special thanks to Jitendra and Januka our person serving us for the evening, who took exceptional care of us. The attention to detail, warm attitude, and thoughtful service truly made our anniversary dinner feel extra special. They even recommended a few dishes that turned out to be fantastic! Thank you, both for making our celebration so wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel and restaurant for anyone looking to create special memories!

Good hotel with polite and well-mannered staff. Receptionist Kiran was very kind and helpful. The food was delicious, and they even prepared custom dishes for us. Only downside: we booked for one day but wanted to extend for two more. Unfortunately, they couldn't accommodate us as all rooms were pre-booked for a wedding. Overall, it was a pleasant and satisfying stay.

We had a great time at the bar. We were well attended to by Nayan. They looked after us very well. We had demanded dishes out of the menu like Sattu Paratha and Peanuts masala. It was all prepared and presented very well. Excellent ambience and they have a terrace to hang out too.

I had an amazing stay at Grand Mirage, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always went the extra mile to ensure a comfortable experience.||||The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with a breathtaking view. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary water, toiletries, and fast Wi-Fi. Everything was well-maintained and felt very luxurious.

Every employee is really well-behaved. I want to specifically mention Mr. Nithin since he acts in a really polite manner. Excellent food quality,interior design and room furnishings are all accessible. The receptionist gave me a warm welcoming as well.

The reception staff miss kiran were not only professional but also incredibly friendly, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The ambience of the hotel is simply delightful. The decor strikes a perfect balance between modern elegance and cozy charm.

The buffet had a great variety of delicious dishes, catering to every taste, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. The staff were amazing - attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel special. It truly added to the celebration.
