OYO Hotel Navneet Residency

Rooms are not at par with charges they ask. Unfortunately there are no hotels nearby, so I had to stay and pay to their charges. I was with my mom, wife and 5 month old baby. I reached location at 7pm, booked room around 7:30pm. Next day was asked to vacate sharp at 11am. Had to book rooms again just for 2 extra hours bcz my wife had an exam at nearby DAV school.

Very cozy and comfortable stay.Hygenic and clean room. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!). Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

Very very bad customer service.

Property's good but dying slowly because of non- maintenance. Staff's not professional, rude behaviour. AC and shower not working properly, bedsheets, pillow covers and towels were dirty.

Hospitality is good. Rooms are clean and hygiene. However, restaurant food taste is average and very expensive. Roti is made here with maida. Vegatable curries are too oily.

It's a new hotel but all the facilities are awesome. Nice room management and tasty food. This is located in cool and calm place.i have enjoyed my party very well..thanks to the management.

This is the most garbage experience I have ever had it starts of with terrible food which takes them ages to prepare as well as horrible rooms with literal rats!

very bad. Though our booking wasbconfirmed the hotel management refused to give us any room as they got booking at higher price. Also the location is very bad. in a remote place besides highway.. Not recomended at all.
