Hotel Prakash Residency - Best Hotel in Barwadda Dhanbad

Stayed in hotel prakash for a week with 2 of my toddlers. Rooms are clean and the Staff were very helpful. My son woke up at 3 am asking for milk and the staff was very kind to get me boiled milk at that time. Cleaning of room happens when told.

New Hotel with great hospitality. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. The GM was taking care of all my requests personally. He minutely observed things, instructed his staff to take extra attention and provided me everything on time. All the amenities are available. Staff is trained and courteous. Clean property. Happy with free Breakfast. Spent quality time here. Recommend to others.

I went for my friend's birthday party and it was totally a thumbs up. The ambience was very calm and peaceful. The restaurant was very pretty and well maintained. And not to forget, the service was outstanding. Very great efforts by the whole management team. Definitely going again!!!

There were swarms of Bees entering the room after sunset. The staff did nothing even after repeated calls. The reception stopped answering our calls. Complimentary Breakfast was denied when we enquired about it in the morning, which they should have mentioned clearly at the time of check-in. The kitchen is not fully functional, many of the items were unavailable. They charged GST on the food bill but there was NO GST number on the food bill provided to us, which is illegal. On enquiring about the same, they said it's not available, whereas it's a norm for any business to display their GST number for the public. Staff behaviour was very Rude and Extremely Unwelcoming. No bill was provided to us for the stay and they clearly said the discount they offered to us was given so that they don't have to provide us bills.

I would have given 10 star review if possible. Great service and very kind and helpful staff always ready for your aid. Hygiene maintenance is top class in the rooms , I stayed there for 8 days and never had any complain to hotel . And about food there only one word to describe it "delicious". Next time whenever I'm visiting dhandbad I know where to stay.

I personally did not stay here but visited the hotel and rooms because one of my close relatives stayed there. First of all my experience was not so good by entering because the counter staff's behaviour was rude and he was not cooperated. But the rooms, washroom, and restaurant ambience were very good. This is the first hotel in this location who is providing good amenities at good rates. Cost wise rooms are good. Meeting rooms are available.

The hotel was nice neat and clean service are also good and the are very specious and we'll furnished foods are also delicious and tariff are also good and there was a goos discount for student nice hotel
